Prison Employee Sentenced In Online Enticement Case

HONOLULU — A judge on Monday sentenced a former employee of the women’s prison was sentence to 10 years in prison for Internet enticement of a child.

Authorities caught Tyler Wong, 30, in an undercover operation. He arranged to meet with someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl.

Wong asked for probation, but Judge Randall Lee gave him the maximum 10-year sentence

Prosecutors said Wong had a history of meeting women on the Internet for sex and was still denied he did anything wrong in the enticement case.
